Heavy Meals Kill Inspiration
A peculiar study has emerged from Canada. According to research conducted on writers and artists, consuming fatty and heavy meals directly affects the brain's neurons, reducing inspiration and hindering creativity. In its latest study, the Canadian company known for such striking research demonstrates that individuals engaged in artistic pursuits should avoid heavy meals. People who eat heavy meals experience inspiration problems and struggle with writing or drawing. Although it may seem distant, the fact that many writers who have left great works throughout history did not have the money to afford or eat heavy meals could be linked to the results presented by this research.
Heavy meals, especially those containing large amounts of vegetable oil, contain certain substances that can directly affect people's brain neurons.
These substances cause the secretion of different hormones for the brain to digest them. These secreted hormones cause the person's entire blood flow, their “bodily attention,” to be directed towards digestion. When the body cannot show sufficient attention to the brain lobe that houses aesthetic feelings, a situation called “losing inspiration” occurs. The person finds themselves leaving their work unfinished, constantly distracted, and particularly sleepy. To prevent this and to focus your attention on your work, especially when engaged in artistic endeavors, it is recommended to choose light foods. If you are going to consume meaty dishes, try to choose fish first, red meat second, and chicken third. Consuming plenty of water will also be beneficial in gathering your attention.
