What is Personal Accident Insurance, What Situations Does It Cover

What Situations Are Excluded From Insurance

While life insurance, which pays for hospital expenses in case of an accident, pays the individual in case of illness or disability, it is a pension paid to the family in case of the individual's death. Accident insurance covers situations such as poisoning by an unknown gas, muscle sprains and tears due to a sudden movement, burns on the body, snake bites, or rabies. In case of an accident, permanent disability additional coverage, accidental death coverage, and accident-related medical expense coverage are paid. Permanent damage resulting from any illness, conditions like freezing or sunstroke, suicide attempts, intoxication, drug use, harm incurred during events like war, rebellion, or uprising, injuries from fighting while participating in labor or public movements, committing murder or assault, actions that put the insured in danger, biological and chemical poisonings, accidents while hunting wild animals, and injuries sustained during dangerous sports activities are excluded from insurance.
