In factories producing Marmara marble, the block enters from one place and leaves as a package, and these factories generally do not process small-sized marbles, mostly continuing their work for export. With the development of the machine industry, the number of factories in our country has increased considerably. Workshops generally purchase slabs, process them, dimension them, and perform packaging operations. However, they only accept small-sized operations and mostly work in the domestic market. For Marmara marble and other products, they use machines for cutting, sizing, and sometimes packaging. In the natural stone sector, companies face many different problems today that they must overcome to increase their exports and expand their markets.
